Bike Circuits

The class starts on the Spin bikes (indoor cycling) with varying pace and positions we cycle to the beat of the music mixing up the resistance along the way. You have control of your own gears so everyone can work at their own pace. If you have not tried Spin before then just stay pedalling and break yourself into the class at your own pace.
The other half of the class will be circuit training which is a mix of basic exercises with a variety of free weights and equipment to give you a full body workout. Circuit Training classes have a set number of exercises (stations) set out and you work your way around the class with the instructor telling you when to start each exercise, when to stop and when to move onto the next station.
All of the exercises in our Circuit Training Classes are demonstrated by the instructor at the start of the class and the Instructor is always on hand to guide you through the class.
