Body Conditioning

Body Conditioning will help you shape up and tone up your muscles using low weights with high repetitions and is great for muscle definition and strength. In our Body Conditioning classes we use a variety of weights including dumb bells, kettlebells, power bags and medicine balls as well as body weight exercises.
Our Body Conditioning Instructors works alongside you demonstrating and advising you on the exercises and correct techniques to ensure that you have a safe and fulfilling workout.
