Boxfit
We use boxing techniques for conditioning the body as well as using the punch bags and kick bags for upper body and leg work.
Boxing will tone up and shape up the arms and legs whilst also giving you a good aerobic workout resulting in fat burning and weight loss. Boxing is a great for stress relief especially after a hard day at work and mixed with other classes will ensure that you have a varied programme. There is no sparring involved and no contact with others just bag and pad work to get your heart pumping and shifting those pounds.
We do provide gloves to wear or we sell new boxing gloves and wraps if you prefer to have your own.
