Breakfast Club

Kick start your day at The Fitness Unit with 45 minutes of cross training followed by Coffee and Toast. A good cross training class with a mixture of resistance exercises for strength training, endurance and stamina integrated with cardio vascular exercises.

Every Breakfast Club is different and focuses on different aspects of training. We use lots of different equipment as well as punch bags, kettlebells and bodyweight exercises. We have changing facilities and showers on site so that you can go straight to work after the class.
