Buggy Workout
Want to get back in shape after the birth of your baby? Looking for a post-natal fitness class?
Once you have had your 6 week check (10 week if caesarean birth) then come along to Buggy Workout and bring little one with you.
This is great post-natal workout where you don’t have the hassle of finding childcare, paying extra, wasting time dropping baby off and picking baby up, you just turn up with baby and buggy and both enjoy getting some fresh air whilst getting back into shape.
We focus on post-natal and basic exercises as we work our way around the park, sea front or outdoor area pushing our buggies.
We are expanding our classes and will be running Buggy Workout Classes throughout the country so if your location is not listed then please do CONTACT US to register your details and we will keep you informed when classes start in your area.
