Circuit Training

In our Circuit Training Classes we mix basic exercises with a variety of resistance and cardiovascular equipment to give you a full body workout.
Circuit Training classes have a set number of exercises (stations) set out and you work your way around the class with the instructor telling you when to start each exercise, when to stop and when to move onto the next station. Exercises include a good mix of equipment including dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, punch bags, steps as well as bodyweight exercises.
All of the exercises in our Circuit Training Classes are demonstrated by the instructor at the start of the class and the Instructor is always on hand to guide you through the class.
