By working out in a class environment you will always have a trainer to supervise you and ensure that you follow correct techniques that maximise your workout whilst minimising the risk of injury.
We teach a broad range of classes so there is something for everyone.
All of our classes are suitable for all levels of fitness.
As we teach freestyle classes we can adapt each one to suit the people in each class.
We add variety to each class so no two classes are ever the same, but every class is FUN!
