Core conditioning is a series of movements designed to improve core stability and posture. Combining the flow of breath with positions and movements this is a great class to work you from the inside.

Core conditioning will help you in your everyday life and is a great class for rehabilitation clients as well as the able body looking to complement their existing exercise programme. Pilates is part of our timetable of classes we do not charge any extra for this class.
