A 5 week course covering the following:

How to Increase your metabolism
Eat more to weigh less
Powerful posture
In our Diet and Nutrition workshops you will learn how the food that you eat can have an impact on your wellbeing both mental and physical. During the Diet & Nutrition workshops we will look at the benefits of eating certain food and how to make choices about which foods are better for you. The Diet & Nutrition workshops will give you a better understanding of how to use food as the fuel for your body. Private consultations on Diet and Nutrition are also available with our trainers.
