Hour of PowerHour of Power is an aerobic class that uses very small hand weights. The aerobic element is great for weight loss and cardiovascular training whilst the hand weights gently tone up the muscles.

This is a unique aerobic class only taught at The Fitness Unit and is suitable for all levels of fitness. As it is freestyle Aerobics we can tailor each class to the clients taking part.
