Ab BlastWe use kickboxing techniques for conditioning the body as well as using the punch bags and kick bags for upper body and leg work.

Punching and kicking will tone up and shape up the arms and legs whilst also giving you a good aerobic workout. Its great for stress relief and mixed with other classes will ensure that you have a varied programme.
