Legs Bums and TumsA series of exercises to tone up the Legs, Bums & Tums
improve the muscle tone and shape of the body through effective exercises which are specific for the Legs Bums & Tums.

This Class includes an aerobic warm-up followed by a series of exercises concentrating on the Legs,Bums and Tums; then a stretch section at the end of class which aids relaxation and increases the flexibility of the muscles as well as lengthening them after exercise.

This class gives you the benefit of toning and shaping the Legs Bums & Tums as well as increasing your level of fitness.
