Running Club
A supervised run and drills to increase your endurance, stamina and general fitness. Whether you are training for an event or looking to keep fit this class will help you. We vary the distance, terrain and pace each week to ensure that everyone progresses. We always stay with the slowest person so no-one gets left behind.

We also run a beginners running group where you will be taught to breathe correctly in order to be able to run further. If you are looking to do The Race for Life, Hog Race, Marathon or any other events then please do let us know and we will help you to get race fit and even run the race with you if we can.

This class is suitable for people who can run in excess of 3 miles. If you are a beginner, then please contact us for details of our beginner sessions which are run periodically.
