Five years ago I wanted to improve my fitness and lose the weight I has gained after two pregnancies, having never exercised before I found a love, a drive and energy for fitness, I achieved my goals and felt fantastic, so I decided to turn it into a career.
I have been a class instructor for two years but really wanted to take my participants to new levels of fitness on a one to one basis, so I became a personal trainer.
Qualifications:
Gym instructor – level 2
Circuit training – level 2
Core stability
Nutrition and weight management – level 3
Personal trainer and advanced instructor – level 3
