Swissball Core Training

Swiss ball or Stability ball classes are great for concentrating on your core muscles. By exercising on the Swiss or Stability Ball your core muscles have to work during each exercise just to keep you stable on the ball.

Core Muscles support your spine as well as protecting your vital organs in the stomach. By strengthening your core muscles you will have better posture and reduce the risk of back injury. Our Swissball class is a varied class with different exercises and combinations of exercises being taught each week to continually challenge the body
