Women’s Self Defence - taught by Pam Tunbridge 3rd Dan

A 6 week course covering the following;

• Personal Safety Awareness
• Escape Grabs & Holds
• Disable an Attacker
• Deal with Unusual Situations
• Realistic Situations


In our Self Defence workshops you will learn how your fitness can be such an important part of your safety. You don't have to rely on strength or size, as the techniques taught use your own body structure and momentum. All Self Defence moves are based on original Japanese jujitsu and have been adapted to include all ages and disabilities, and many situations, e.g. sitting, standing, in a car, behind a desk, etc.

Self Defence workshops are a great way to ensure that you feel more confident when you are out and about as well as understanding how to avoid potential dangerous situations.

This is an all female class, taught by a female, if you are male and interested in Self Defence then we can arrange a separate class for you.
